Distracted by Fitness
0I know it’s been a long time since a real update… It’s my fault I’ve been distracted by my new Fitness Coach life. In May I became a Independent Fitness Coach for Beachbody. It was perfect for me, I already had a lot of the workouts, and I love them, and I already loved helping people get fit and find their most healthy self. Accomplishments so far…
- lost 14lbs and 10 inches doing the Insanity Program
- Ran my 1st Half Marathon 13.1 miles

0June’s big excitement was our trip to Idaho!
To make sure we could get there right we Tyler and Noah checked out the car
In Idaho we got to visit our friends the Waddell’s! We had so much fun! They live on a big farm with lots of space to run wild. We also went to Roaring River Water Park, ride horses, and 4 wheelers!
1st Ice Cream Cone
1I can’t believe I haven’t given the boys an ice cream cone before today… It was pretty funny, they didn’t know what to do with it. When Landon reached the rim of the actual cone he started scooping it out with his hands. I had to show both of them it was ok to eat the cone.
I’m pretty sure the reason I avoided cones has something to do with the mess that I knew would happen.
My Butterfly Hunters
0We were outside playing Friday and saw a butterfly. Landon started chasing it around, trying to catch it. Then Noah said “wait we need a net!” And came running back with this net – and we were on the hunt 
Swim Lessons
0In March I had the boys in swim lessons. Landon was in a parent toddler class and Noah was a starter class. Here’s some of the fun one day.
Power’s out
